- Providing false information, hiding marital status, or submitting misleading details is strictly prohibited and may lead to termination of membership.
2. Submission of Documents
- All applicants must submit soft copies of the required documents for verification.
- Documents may include, but are not limited to:
- Aadhar Card or Government ID
- Passport-size photograph
- Birth Certificate / Age Proof
- Divorce Decree (if applicable)
- Death Certificate (in case of widowed applicants)
- Verification is mandatory before an application is formally accepted and published as a Marriage Proposal.
- Any document found forged, tampered or invalid will result in immediate cancellation of the profile without refund.
3. Responsibility of the Applicants
- Every individual is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information shared.
- Misuse of the platform for any activity other than matrimonial communication is not allowed.
- Users must regularly update their profile details whenever changes occur, such as contact information or marital status.
- Users should behave respectfully and maintain decent communication at all times.
4. Access to Information & Privacy
- The complete profile details of users are accessible only to paid subscribers, as per the plan selected.
- Contact details of candidates shall be shared exclusively with verified members.
- Users must not misuse any information obtained from the portal for:
- Harassment
- Unsolicited proposals
- Commercial or promotional activities
- Any purpose other than matrimonial communication
- Violation of privacy rules will attract strict action including permanent removal from the system.
5. Communication Etiquette
- Communicate with others politely, honestly, and respectfully.
- Avoid using offensive language, negative remarks, or inappropriate suggestions.
- Do not pressure or force any member for immediate meetings, personal details, financial help, or commitments.
- If a profile does not match your expectations, decline politely without any harsh or disrespectful behaviour.
6. Professional Fees & Subscription Plans
- SFS Marriage Beuro charges reasonable administrative and professional fees for its services.
- Subscribers may choose from available paid plans for access to profile information.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable, as they are utilized for administrative processing, document verification, and portal maintenance.
- Misuse of the membership, sharing login details, or allowing others to access your account is prohibited.
7. Safety & Security Measures
- Users should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information, such as bank account details or OTPs.
- Personal meetings, if any, should be arranged with caution and at the user’s own responsibility.
- SFS Marriage Beuro is not responsible for individual decisions, commitments, or financial transactions made outside the portal.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly not allowed:
- Creating duplicate or fake profiles
- Impersonation of another person
- Sharing of indecent or objectionable content
- Use of the platform for dating, casual relationships, or non-matrimonial purposes
- Harassment, threats, or abusive communication
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or misuse the online system
Violation of these rules may lead to removal of the profile, legal action, and blacklisting from future services.
9. Dispute Resolution & Reporting
- Any suspicious activity or misconduct by a member should be immediately reported to the SFS Administration Team.
- The organisation reserves the right to investigate profiles and take appropriate action.
- Decisions made by SFS Marriage Beuro regarding misconduct, profile suspension, or account removal shall be final.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on the SFS Marriage Beuro portal, every user acknowledges and agrees to abide by these User Guidelines & Code of Conduct. This ensures a respectful, genuine, and dignified environment for all individuals seeking a committed and meaningful matrimonial alliance.
